TAKE BACK CONTROL OF YOUR DAY

Do you ever feel like there simply aren’t enough hours in the day?

Between client calls, emails, meetings, unexpected interruptions, and competing priorities, it’s easy to end each day feeling busy—but not necessarily productive.

In this session, you’ll learn practical, high-impact strategies to regain control of your time, eliminate overwhelm, stay focused on what matters most, and accomplish more without working longer hours. The goal isn’t to do more work—it’s to make your workday work better.

Together we'll work through:

The psychology of urgency
Why nearly everything feels like it has to happen now, and how to tell real urgency from the kind that only feels that way

How you actually prioritize
The invisible rules running in the background (who's loudest, what's easiest, etc...)

What to handle when
A way to decide what should wait versus what can't wait

How to tell someone "later"
The right words and mindset to effectively and politely shift someone's timing expectation for a response

Meet Ron

Ron did not become a master at the performance transformation of originators and account executives by reading about the mortgage business. He built one. He started as a real estate agent in 1984, became a top originator, ran his own mortgage company in the Bronx, and became one of the nation’s top brokers. His success in the field led directly to being sought out as a trainer. For 29 years he has performance diagnosed, trained, and coached mortgage professionals across the US, Canada, and Australia — teaching the same framework he used when he was the one in front of agents and borrowers. He has the scar tissue of the practice. Not just the knowledge of the theory.

He is the author of the Amazon best-selling book The Purchase Shift, a recipient of the Legends of Lending Award, and the creator of the Two by Four Experience – Creating Breakthroughs in Every Area of Business and Life. His insights have been featured in Scotsman Guide, Inc., and MarketWatch.
