Ron is a lifelong resident of New York, the youngest son of Mischa and Paya Vaimberg, both born and raised in Peru. Ron began his career in the real estate business in 1984 as a real estate agent working on the North Shore of Long Island. After succeeding at a very young age as a real estate professional, Ron received the opportunity to join a major local bank in the New York metropolitan area as a loan officer.

Primarily self-taught, Ron, as a top originator and sales team leader, went on to open his own successful mortgage company in Bronx, NY.
