This Privacy Policy explains how Ron Vaimberg (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the Ultimate Originator membership and our related websites and services (the “Services”). Information you provide to us. When you enroll or interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing information, login credentials, and any other information you choose to provide, such as messages you send us or details shared during coaching and training. 

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers. 

Information collected automatically. When you use our websites, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: 

  • Provide, administer, and support your Membership; 
  • Process payments and send billing, renewal, and other account-related messages; 
  • Deliver training and respond to your questions and requests; 
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our Services; 
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented, and manage your preferences; 
  • Protect the security of our Services and prevent fraud or misuse; and 
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements. 

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, support core functionality, and analyze how our Services are used. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the member experience. 

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function. 

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below: 

  • Service providers. We share information with trusted providers that help us operate the Membership, such as Thinkific, Keap, Stripe, Zoom, Google Analytics, and our email service providers, only as needed to perform services for us. 
  • Webinar sponsors — Some of our webinars are sponsored or promoted by third parties. If you register for a sponsored webinar, we may provide your registration information, such as your name and email address, to that webinar’s sponsor, who may contact you about their own products and services. We identify the sponsor at the time you register. 
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our members, our business, or others. 
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. 

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Membership and for legitimate business and legal purposes, such as maintaining records and complying with tax and accounting obligationsWhen information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access to it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of marketing communications. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 

To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law, typically within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Membership is intended for adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. Users Outside the United States

Our Services are operated from the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new Effective Date and, where appropriatenotify you by email or through the member portal.
